1.2. The cut-off time for placing orders for the next day is 7 pm for the first delivery slot and 11 pm for the last delivery slot.

Delivery Time Slots:
2.1. We offer two delivery time slots: 9 am to 2 pm and 2 pm to 7 pm.
2.2. Please note that the order will be delivered anytime within the chosen time slot. Due to third-party logistics, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
2.3. If you have time constraints or prefer to pick up the order yourself, you can opt for self-pickup.

Surprises and Contact Information:
3.1. If you are ordering for someone else as a surprise, please provide a contact number that is available for our logistics team to reach them.
3.2. Apart from shipping details, we do not send any other information via text messages or calls.

Weather Conditions and Operational Delays:
4.1. In case of inevitable weather conditions or operationally heavy/festive days, delays in delivery may occur.
4.2. We will keep you informed and updated regarding any delays in such scenarios.
